• Location — your street address, city, state, and ZIP code, which we use to prepare an accurate quote (taxes and fees depend on where you live) and to arrange delivery.
• Vehicle preferences — the vehicle you're interested in, your budget, deal type (lease, finance, or purchase), annual mileage, color preferences, must-have features, and timing.
• Trade-in or current-vehicle details — year, make, model, trim, color, mileage, VIN, and financing information you choose to share.
• Other details — a credit range you select, any discount categories you indicate you may qualify for, the rep you're working with, how you heard about us, and any notes you add.
• Source — how you reached the form (for example, a sticker QR code) so we know which campaign brought you here.

To let you pick up where you left off, the form saves your in-progress answers in your own browser's local storage. That data stays on your device until you submit or clear it.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and contact you about your request, by the method you prefer.
• To prepare pricing and vehicle options tailored to what you told us.
• To route your request to the right member of our team.
• To arrange delivery and, if you proceed, to complete your transaction.
• To keep records of our communications with you and to improve our service.

We never sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only as needed to provide the service you asked for:

• With members of the LFG AUTO team who are helping with your request.
• With service providers that process data on our behalf — such as our database, email, and customer-relationship tools — under obligations to protect it and use it only for us.
• Only if you choose to move forward with a vehicle, with the dealership or lender involved in that transaction, to the extent needed to complete it.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to and service your request, maintain our business records, and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to update or delete it at any time.

Your choices

• You can ask us to correct, update, or delete your information by contacting us at the address below.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply "STOP" to any text message to opt out of texts.
• You can clear the form's saved progress by clearing your browser's site data.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Access to lead data is password-protected and limited to our team. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
